TOM increases to over 600 MW
At the start of 2025 the signs are on go for greenwind’s Technical Operations Management (TOM): 12 wind turbines with 31 MW expand the portfolio, bringing it to well over 600 MW. In 2024, Operational Management added seven generation units with a total of 19 MW, including two photovoltaic parks in Anklam and Dessau, Germany. Seen overall, our customer feedback with a total score of 1.6 shows that greenwind is on the right track with TOM.
TOM enters the PV market
greenwind, with the PV projects, now enters a future market in addition to wind energy. Technical Manager Franziska Brüll states: “We’re concentrating on expanding our operational management of solar parks, and we’re confidently facing up to the challenges of the PV industry by focusing on pioneering technologies and optimised operating processes.”
Sandra Zanzig, Deputy Technical Manager: “We integrate innovative solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and sustainability of our plant. Our 24/7 control centre keeps a constant eye on the performance of the parks and provides optimum monitoring and control.”
Cooperation at the highest level
greenwind customers are also appreciative of such service levels. Sales Manager Karolin Rahder informs: “Our customer feedback in 2024 indicates that with an overall score of 1.6 we’re managing to maintain our high level.
We’re achieving especially high scores in communication and fast response time with an average of 1.4. Phrases such as competent, reliable and professional are often mentioned in the feedback from customers – it underlines that our commitment’s well received. It’s also what motivates us to continue to give our all and do even better in 2025.”
