greenwind control forms the central hub of our 24/7 monitoring of systems for the generation and distribution of electrical energy and the factors influencing their operation such as sea condition, wind and weather developments. All events are recorded, faults are processed and scheduled maintenance and servicing operations are coordinated.
Offshore TSL
DolWin3 grid connection system
Our 24/7 specialist staff, who specialise in electrical and mechanical engineering, consistently guarantee expert direct technical support line (TSL) advice.
Best practice: maintenance management of the DolWin3 grid connection system. The greenwind TSL operates 24/7 and is the central point of contact for the safe operation of the DolWin3 offshore grid connection for the client (GE) and the operator (TenneT).
The complete maintenance management is a joint project of Green Wind Offshore GmbH and OIS Offshore Industrie Service GmbH in the ARGE O&M project DolWin3.
Onshore service
Around the clock
We can already remotely process a large number of fault and error messages without the need for an on-site service team. We liaise closely with service and maintenance providers and arrange the necessary services as required.
We coordinate all necessary registrations and deregistrations and also assume responsibility for the system if required. The documentation of all service measures and customised reporting are part of our service. This ensures optimum operation and makes sure of high system availability. Increasing system sizes/performance classes require the registration of necessary service deployments with the service providers, and the actual coordination and planning of these deployments by the service provider must be continuously traceable.
Thanks to our detailed error analyses and error statistics, we can quickly identify vulnerabilities and work closely with service providers to develop specific measures for improvement.

- All data on servers in Germany with regular data backups on locally separate and secure storage facilities
- Switching operations and preparation of switching instructions possible (extension of access rights)
- The greenwind system can be easily disconnected at any time to ensure undisturbed monitoring by the client’s systems (prioritisation, bandwidth limitation)
- Regular training and sensitisation of greenwind control managers (and also contractual partners); adapted control system to monitor compliance with safety standards
- Dynamic implementation of security regulations (internal and external, including Federal Office for Information Security whitepaper, critical infrastructure regulation, data protection requirements of the Federal Data Protection Regulation) and selection of external suppliers with IT security management systems
