The operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses, address) is collected on our website, this is always performed on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to indicate that data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can generally be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. Through suitable technical and organisational measures, greenwind ensures in an ongoing process that the greatest possible protection for you is achieved. These includes:
- Ongoing employee sensitisation on the topics of data protection and data security (briefings, newsletters etc.)

This data protection policy outlines our responsibility with regard to the collection, use and storage of personal data.

A request for information made via our website may require the collection of personal data, which is protected by data protection laws (in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). The greenwind Group always endeavours to perform processing in compliance with all laws and guidelines, and to this end greenwind has taken all necessary steps to comply with the obligations under country-specific laws (including the Federal Data Protection Act) and EU regulations (GDPR) on the protection of personal data.

The processors are in any case bound by the same duty of care and the applicable country-specific laws and EU regulations as greenwind, and must at least comply with its standards.
