Thumbs up for Green Wind Operations!
We recently carried out a customer satisfaction survey in the technical management area of Green Wind Operations. Our customers, who are made up of operators, investors, wind farm project developers, and municipal utilities, are very satisfied overall and have given Green Wind Operations an overall grade of 1.4 on a scale of 1 to 6. Committed, reliable, and partnership-oriented – these were the keywords that came up most often when clients described working with us. And here is some of the feedback we received: “Our cooperation is fun and always constructive.” – “Green Wind Operations is a reliable partner who you don’t need to scrutinize and who finds practical solutions to problems.” – “Our partnership takes place on an equal footing and nothing gets in the way. You always feel involved and you don’t hesitate to ask questions.”
But we are not resting on our laurels – quite the opposite! We take every suggestion seriously and actively implement them. Karolin Rahder (photo below), Sales Business Development, was responsible for the survey:
