Two Nordex wind turbines approved in Brandenburg
It’s another step in the right direction: Green Wind Energy GmbH has obtained the approval under the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) to erect two new wind turbines in Beiersdorf-Freudenberg in the Märkisch-Oderland administrative district (Brandenburg). The approval was granted for two Nordex N163/5.7 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 5,700 kW and a hub height of 164 m. The two wind turbines will generate roughly 27,500,000 kWh per year. The approval process took 20 months. Pascal Peters (photo) is responsible for project development in Freudenberg-Süd.
