Less downtime thanks to cooperation with EMIS
When an unforeseen outage occurred at the Eichow wind farm, our Technical Operations Management was able to find a swift solution in collaboration with EMIS: Thanks to the rapid response of the Lusatia-based company, a mobile switchgear was delivered and put into operation in the shortest possible time which helped to avoid longer downtimes and yield losses.
The immediate and autonomous coordination by EMIS deserves special mention, as they were capable of implementing all necessary measures promptly in close coordination with greenwind’s Technical Operations Management, the grid operator and other parties involved. In order to successfully master technical challenges in plant operation and ensure the security of supply of renewable energy, such flexible and efficient solutions are crucial.
