Manuel Lasse hands over WindNOW! management
The founder of WindNOW! GmbH, Manuel Lasse, is leaving the management of the full-service provider. Thomas Kühling and Ingo Völkerink will take over the new management.
Manuel Lasse: “My goal was to establish WindNOW! in the market as an independent maintenance and service company for wind turbines. Together with our colleagues, we have succeeded in doing so. WindNOW! now services more than 100 MW in Germany and Sweden, replaces major components and carries out blade bearing changes. Now it is time for me to hand over the further expansion to an experienced new management and focus on the further expansion of the Green Wind Group. I wish WindNOW! every success!”
The new dual leadership is no stranger to the wind industry. Thomas Kühling has built up a substantial existing customer base with his own company, WKA Service Kühling GmbH. Ingo Völkerink was previously Regional Service Manager for Eastern Germany and Austria at GE.
