Collaboration in Brandenburg: greenwind and aventron

“We are embarking on a partnership with aventron with great confidence and on an equal footing.” Manuel Lasse, partner and founder of the greenwind Group, sees the collaboration with the Swiss company as a significant contribution towards making more efficient use of existing sites while strengthening the regional renewable energy supply.

aventron AG is currently operating two E82 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 2 MW, and one E70 turbine with a capacity of 2.3 MW in northern Brandenburg. As part of the joint repowering project, it is planned to construct three modern wind turbines, with a capacity of around 7 MW each. To implement the project, greenwind and aventron have founded a joint project company which aims to bring the site up to the latest technological standards and to carry out the repowering in partnership.

“With greenwind at our side, we can be sure that the project will be managed with the utmost professionalism. This also helps us to further expand our portfolio in the German market,” said Eric Wagner, CEO of aventron AG

Through this partnership, greenwind is once again positioning itself as a trustworthy partner for businesses, bringing the group’s comprehensive expertise to the collaboration – from planning and implementation through to commissioning.

aventron AG, based in Münchenstein near Basel, Switzerland, is a producer of electricity from renewable energy sources. It owns hydro, wind and solar power stations in six European countries.
