An integrated energy system consists of more than just power supply, and the heating, transport and industrial and commercial sectors urgently need to be supplied with renewable energy. Efficient sector coupling, in which green electricity is made available to other sectors, is our goal.
We think and develop integrated energy systems with consideration of current framework conditions and future technologies – from initial concept and planning to turnkey system and beyond.
Green hydrogen & battery energy storage systems
- We specialise in the project development of integrated solutions using green hydrogen (H2) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) – from greenfield sites to functional plants in the energy system of the future.
- We intelligently connect H₂ electrolysis plants or BESS with wind or PV plants to create hybrid parks that efficiently establish grid connection points for the future energy system.
- We provide support for all necessary steps, from approval to successful project implementation, and let you benefit from our experience in the form of feasibility studies, system design and planning.
- We offer knowledge on current topics and legislation, such as the latest amendments to the EEG, EnWG, BImSchV and BImSchG, on grid access, GHG quotas, commodity trading, subsidy programmes at state, federal or EU level, and on questions such as ‘How can green hydrogen become economically viable?’ and ‘What role do co-location battery storage systems play in a stable, renewable energy system?’
Direct supply with 100 % renewable energies
- We draw up your energy supply concept, taking into account local framework conditions, and as part of this we identify potentials, energy requirements and optimise your energy system. We use the results to draw up an action plan with recommendations for your local energy transition.
- We make you self-sufficient with renewable energy: our turnkey project development of wind turbines, PV systems and sector coupling systems for storing energy or producing green hydrogen create your decentralised energy system
We supply you with 100 % renewable energy. Do you prefer to purchase your energy via contract without having your own asset for energy generation? We also offer you solutions for this in the form of power purchase agreements (PPA). We hedge your energy supply against fluctuating energy prices through direct connection to an energy generation plant or virtual supply. Together, we develop your customised supply via electrons and molecules and take care of certificates of origin to ensure compliance with sustainability criteria
An example project?
We concluded a PPA with Meyenburger Möbel GmbH to supply green electricity and hedge against fluctuations in the market price of electricity.
Heat transition with renewable energies
- We support municipalities, towns and cities in the processing of their municipal heat planning. By assessing and recording the current situation, taking local heat potential into account and closely involving various stakeholders, we create your heat transition strategy with customised measures and recommendations for action. During the project phases, we use modern software to create a digital twin that enables participatory involvement and ensures the long-term continuation of municipal heating planning.
- We develop individual heat transformation concepts for commercial enterprises and at neighbourhood level at affordable prices, towards the goal of a 100% renewable heat supply. We offer the advantages of price security and independence.
- We offer expert advice on current topics and legislation such as the Federal Heat Planning Act and Federal Building Energy Act, heat generation and heat storage. We carry out feasibility studies and potential analyses for cold and modern heating networks. As part of this we examine the integration of various waste heat potentials and provide support in applying for subsidies.
